These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at flows-global.com (the "Site"), which is operated by FLOWS Administrators LLC, a Florida limited liability company and a subsidiary of Business Executive Services Team LLC ("FLOWS," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site Is — and Is Not

The Site is an informational and marketing website describing the FLOWS software platform. It does not provide the FLOWS platform itself, and creating an account, submitting a claim, or using any FLOWS workflow is governed by separate terms presented at that time.

Nothing on the Site is legal advice, insurance advice, claims advice, financial advice, or a professional opinion of any kind, and no attorney-client, agency, adjuster, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site or by contacting us through it. Product descriptions, capabilities, timelines, and features described on the Site are subject to change and do not constitute a commitment, warranty, or offer.

3. Submissions and Communications

If you submit a form or send us a message through the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the Site, including claim files, medical or injury information, or another person's personal information. Information you send through the Site is not treated as confidential and does not create any duty of confidentiality on our part.

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about FLOWS, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction, attribution, or compensation.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN OF THESE LIMITATIONS, AND IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FLOWS and its affiliates, officers, members, employees, and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, anything you submit through it, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the revised version will be posted with a new Effective Date and applies to your use of the Site after that date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any action arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Sections 3 through 10 and 12 survive any termination of your use of the Site.
